saving for later

Your cheesecake may be kept up to seven days in the refrigerator.

But did you know, your cheesecake may be kept up to three months in the freezer? In fact, lots of people prefer to eat their cheesecake when it is still slightly frozen. It's almost like ice cream!
To freeze your cheesecake, wrap it in freezer weight foil and insert it into a zip-lock freezer bag.

serving

Use a non-serrated knife to cut your cheesecake into slices. After each cut, wipe the blade clean with a hot, damp cloth. This will keep your cuts neat and clean.
